RETURN AND EXCHANGE

ALL SALES AT HOLYFICUS.COM ARE FINAL.

BY INITIATING THE HOLYFICUS.COM EXCHANGES REQUEST ON THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY WITHOUT ANY CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TRANSACTING ON HOLYFICUS.COM.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY PERIODICALLY UPDATE THE TERMS REGARDING RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS ON HOLYFICUS.COM. EACH TIME YOU VISIT THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE SUGGESTED TO REVIEW THE POLICY TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We are available Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Our collection is limited and curated, so cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not always possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate genuine size exchanges when feasible. If the requested style/size is not in stock, in that case we shall provide you with a store credit but not a refund.

Value of 1 store credit is equal to INR 1/-.

Please request a return or exchange within 7 days of your order.

  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tags attached in the original packaging.
  • Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you. (Please note: Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged).
  • We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit to cover the cost of the return shipment.
  • Returns are only processed once the previous order has been received.
  • Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 All queries will be addressed within 24 hours (Working Days). Order cancellations are allowed only for COD orders and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • All prepaid orders are final, and no cancellations or refunds are offered.
  • Returns are issued as Store Credit, valid for two months, and can only be redeemed on Holyficus.com.
  • Store Credits and Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All accepted returns will receive credit note. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped, damaged or missing items.
